I Didn't Say its lag neither spikes, Its Game-Freeze.. Which happens to almost everyone, First of all There were no signs of Airbrake in what happened.. I Was Standing still game freezing.. You ran into me then  hit me then fell Thats what i concluded.. What kind of AB is that? I Havent even moved it was clearly a freeze..
